How To Make Your Skin Whiter With Home Remedies


Nothing can make skin whiter, instead skin can be made better by improving it's complexion and by reducing the darkening of the skin.


There are few methods that actually work, but let me say one best.
  • Green gram flour - 1 table spoon.
  • Turmeric - 1/2 table spoon.
  • Lemon juice - as required.

Mix well to make a paste, apply it on anywhere other than your face, let it reside for 5- 10 minutes.

Gently scrub on the applied area for some 2–3 minutes then rinse off with normal water.



Take coconut oil gently massage on the scrubbed area as it helps to hydrate the skin.

Uses:

  • Gram flour helps to exfoliate your skin.
  • Turmeric aids in improving complexion.
  • Lemon acts as a bleaching solution.
  • Organic scrubber helps in getting rid of dead skin cells.
  • Coconut oil acts as a moisturizer.

It nearly took 4 months to see a drastic change in the skin complexion as it reduced the darkening of the skin.

This method is purely based upon my own trial, there are so many people here who gives so many home remedies on how things work, but this time I made a step ahead in bringing about the proof for my answer.

NOTE 

The organic scrubber has to be soaked in water for at least 12 hours before using it for the very first time.

Lets divide it into two main parts:
  • Inner Health
  • External Skin Care

Inner Health plays an important role in it. Skin lightening all depends upon less production of melanin so you must eat rich food, Vitamin C rich food and Vitamin E rich food for skin lightening.

Also drink lots of water , do exercise and spend more time with nature. Avoid stress. Eat a healthy fruits & vegetables that can help you inner glow.

Now , for External Skin Care , You need these common things:
  • Face wash
  • A good moisturizer
  • Rose water or milk cleanser
  • Sun screen
  • Daily cream
  • Scrubber for use of twice a week
